What is the order processing times?
- Orders are processed daily. However, the current processing times are 3-10 business days.Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email or by text. The first update on your tracking number will say "shipping label created." This does not mean your order is instantly released to the USPS.
- If there are any delays please check your tracking number or contact USPS.
*Processing times do not include weekends, that means all orders are processed Monday-Friday. All orders are shipped out within the 3-10 business day time frame.
Am I able to return items?
- While we do our best to accommodate all skin types we know there are situations that may lead to questions about returns. We have a strict no return policy due to sanitary purposes, and all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order please do not hesitate to contact us within 3 business days after your order has been delivered.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
Route Insurance is now available and can now be applied to your order when checking out. We do understand there are times when your order may be mishandled. We strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order while in transit. Once your package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
- For any questions concerning how to file a damaged, lost, or stolen package claim please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, first and last name, and 3 photos of the visible damage of your order.
- For convenience please report package damage within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds, and Refunds on discounted items
We do process refunds, and those orders are evaluated on a case by case standard for regular priced items. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email for confirmation. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to be processed once approved.
- Items purchased through promotional sales are not eligible for refunds, they are FINAL SALE.
- In the event an item in your order is back ordered, you may receive an email asking if you would like us to ship your order as is or refund the back ordered item. If you DO NOT respond to the email, your back ordered item will be refunded.
- When you are checking out, please be aware of each ingredient listed in the product to ensure no allergies exist and full knowledge of what the product consists of.
